It's late... And the boy stopped by to hang with dad and mom for a bit. So, as much as I love all of you... I love him more! I look forward to playing bloggie tomorrow. Tonight it's cool, it's quiet, and it's Cory.
Oh yes, and happy anniversary Dad and Mom! I love you too.
Blessings, Debbie

We visited our oldest son and daughter-in-law last weekend. On the way home, I was thinking how nice it was to have adult children that you can talk and not have to act like a parent. Hope you had a nice visit!
ReplyDeleteCory is a handsome dude even though it's late. Nice to have visit but sometimes it's nice to have the place to yourselves. JB
ReplyDeletePop-in visits are always wonderful :)
ReplyDeleteI hope you enjoyed every single moment.
ReplyDeleteGood girl! You got your priorities set right. I hope you enjoyed your time with your men.

ReplyDeleteI like to hear that they do come back. ;) Great priorities!
ReplyDeleteLOL! Oh your comment made me laugh. He does look a tad possessed, doesn't he? Some days I really wonder too. The slouchy hat is for selling, either on Etsy or the craft show. Right now, everything I'm knitting is for selling! I'm feeling a bit frantic, but trying not to.
ReplyDeleteCute son and a wonderfully cozy home!
ReplyDeleteThanks for this reminder....our families MUST come first...even though mine are around me like flies on paper all of the time :) Hoping they all "stop by" years from now. Love your header, by the way!
ReplyDeleteSuch a cosy, relaxed laid back scene.......I was trying to spy your knitting in there somewhere, I have become knitting obsessed this autumn.

ReplyDeleteHmmmm..."we" are have dental appointments, a school review, a lunch outing, and probably grocery shopping...and not much "school" work.
And I love the term "soul sisters"...I believe it fits!
(I am sorry that you are feeling a bit fuzzy-brained. One step at a time...one moment at a time...by His grace!)
Love,
Your soul sister
Love the header. Love the peace. Nothing better that a beloved child.
ReplyDeleteOh, I can't imagine our oldest not living here...but I know it is going to happen one day. We would stop everything, too.
